We have been portrait photographers for over 20 years. We promise to take care of you with excellent customer service and great portrait photography. We’ll make you feel beautiful and cared; we’ll be the crazy people that makes funny faces to make your kids laugh and play; we’ll get sandy and wet to capture the perfect shot. We know the best locations, how to handle the Caribbean sunlight, how to guide you to create images you will be proud to treasure and share.

DO YOU EDIT YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS?

Yes we do. Every image that you received has been hand-edited, one at the time, without batching in bulk groups or mass-producing the result.

ARE  YOU DIGITAL FILES WATERMARKED? ARE THEY HIGH RESOLUTION?

All our digital files are high resolution, which allows you to make unlimited personal reproductions and prints for your friends and family. The files are not watermarked nor have my logo on them.

CAN I HEAR IT FROM YOUR PREVIOUS CLIENTS?

WHAT IS THE “ONLINE GALLERY” YOU MENTION IN YOUR COLLECTIONS?

The online gallery is a private, password protected site where all of your photographs will be placed online for you and your family / friends to view. It is also a secure shopping cart, which allows you to order prints and albums. 

If you purchased the digital files, you will have a download option with a PIN, and can begin downloading your digital images the second you receive the gallery.

WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR FOR OUR TURKS AND CAICOS PHOTO SHOOT?

First and foremost BE YOU! Your clothing choices should allow you to be your yourself and reflect your family / couple.

Do’s & Dont’s:

• Coordinating colors not matching
• Avoid logos and strong patterns
• Texture are your friends
• Accessories are great but keep them simple
• If you choose a strong, vivid color, wear it on the bottom part of your body (so it not reflect on your face). The same goes for dark blue.
• Pale or slightly tanned skinned photographs much better than a sunburned / over tanned skin
• Flowing dresses and shirts are fun, but make sure they are fitted in the right places. Oversized clothes will make you look larger.
• Look at your home decor – where will you hang your portrait?

WHAT KIND OF EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?

We use top of the line professional Canon equipment (and backups). In our bags we always have the Canon EOS R6 Mark II,  24-70 + 70-200 lenses, 600EX II flash. We occasionally use a 100 macro lens, a 12-24 wide angle lens, a fish eye and our drone, Mavic Pro2. 

DO YOU PROVIDE VIDEO SERVICES?

We are photographer and we choose to specialise in photography to give you the very best of this art form. We do cooperate with a couple of amazing cinematographers that can capture you  story on video – we’ll be happy to make the connection!

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT SCHEDULE?

A 50% deposit is required to confirm the shoot. The balance is due by the day of the wedding / portrait. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

It it rains will reschedule the shoot to the next available day. If the sky is cloudy or it’s windy, we will proceed as planned and make the best of it. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKES BEFORE WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOGRAPHS?

Portrait online galleries are posted within 2 weeks (often sooner) from your photo shoot.

Prints are delivered within 2 weeks from your order; most albums are ready for delivery within 4 weeks (this may vary according to your responsiveness).
