When I first arrived in the Turks and Caicos, 17 years ago, the island of Providenciales was a “rock” located between the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. With the passing of the years, Provo transformed itself into a precious gem, attracting vacationers, celebrities, jetsetters, travellers and sun-seekers.
Fascinated by the one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, Kris Ruby chose to spend her summer holiday in the Turks and Caicos, at the elegant Grace Bay Club and the one and only Amanyara Resort.

When Kris contacted me via Instagram to plan an Amanara photo shoot, I was over the moon. I had to meet this gorgeous and talented girl! Nominated the youngest “40 Under 40″ Rising Stars by the Business Council of Westchester, Kris is a never ending source of inspiration.
Bordering the pristine reefs of the Northwest Point Marine National Park, Amanyara is a peaceful world unto itself. Designed by Jean Michel Gathyhas, the resort and Villas are crafted from the finest materials. Fronted by the resort’s volcanic rock swimming pool, the circular bar’s dramatic, conical roof is Amanyara’s signature feature.
