Engagement_AttimiEngagement sessions are always a lot of fun: casual, romantic, relaxed, happy and sometimes a little crazy. In view of their 400 guests, big, fat, Greek wedding, Eleni and Costas spared a little hour of their Turks and Caicos vacation to work on the picture that will announce their special day. The beautiful backgrounds of Grace Bay Club, a nearby dock (or whatever it's left of it), and the Atlantic Ocean were our playground... game on!

I thought we scheduled a meeting to chat about the wedding; they thought we were going to take some pictures; we combined our plans and quickly set up impromptu engagement session while finalising the details for the big day. I can't wait for Claire and Abdon's wedding day at the Regent Palms, Turks and Caicos: beautiful, easy going, fun and magically in love - and I'm the lucky wedding photographer :)

The countdown is almost over: in 43 days Delcean and Vaughn will get married. A local wedding is rarely small or simple and the preparation takes lot of time and energy - an engagement session is part of the process, but luckily it's fun, romantic and just for the couple. Delcean asked for a collection of pictures with a retro feel and I found my inspiration at Point Grace: the elegant Roll Royce is probably the only vintage element of the island...

I have a passion for finding beauty in others and helping them see it too... well, with Tara and Mitch I didn't have to look very far! This gorgeous couple recently got engaged (congratulations!!!) and seized the opportunity to create a collection of romantic pictures during their trip to the Turks and Caicos. We had an amazing time during the shoot... perhaps I should fly to Canada for their autumn wedding next year :-)

Choosing the perfect wedding venue it's not easy, there are so many things to take in consideration... Natisha boarded a plane from San Francisco and David one from London to meet in Provo and together explore the island to plan their big day. I loved chatting with them, listen to their story, sharing a few island tips & secrets and, of course, taking their pictures. When they proposed Blue Hills for their photo shoot, I jumped at it: the low-key, relaxed and natural feel of the location is a real representation of the Caribbean life-style.

Everyone is looking for a place in the sun, but when you are born, raised and live in the Turks and Caicos Islands, sometimes you dream of something different. Nishy and Janardo will get married in April and for their engagement session we choose a very unusual location: I love the fashion feel and strong contrast created by their outfits and the surrounding area. Have a look...
