Are you ready for the Holiday Season? Did you get your picture-perfect family portrait for the Christmas cards? Or do you prefer to send your best wishes in real time when the day comes? If you like the WOW effect, combined with a tiny bit of jealousy, the Turks and Caicos offers you the perfect background. While most of North America freezes, the sun shines in the Caribbean. Sandy toes, happy smiles, tanned legs, stress free days: that's how you rock your Holidays!

You searched and saved to find the perfect gown for a long time. As much as you love it, one question lingers... what will become of the dress after the wedding? Keep scrolling down to read 8 great ideas suggested by Loverly. But first, the fun fact: Kristy and Anthony choose #8, Trash it! To keep things simple, the gorgeous couple preferred the all-inclusive formula offered by Beaches Turks and Caicos for their vacation and wedding day. But the cookie-cutter photos taken by the resort photographer were just not enough. They heard about the "Trash the Dress Queen" and contacted me ;-) Playful, fun, sexy are the words that Kristi used to describe the photos she was looking for. Getting the wedding dress sandy and soaked in the Turks and Caicos water was so worth it!

Most couples travelling to the Turks and Caicos to get married choose a beach ceremony, just a few steps away from the ocean. Agnes and Mark preferred to bless their wedding with a religious ceremony at Our Lady of Divine Providence Provo's Catholic Church. Rev. Luis Orlando González celebrated the Mass, accompanied by the amazing voices of the church singers. Agnes’ wedding dress was absolutely gorgeous as was the bride herself. Not forgetting to mention the Badgley Mischkas heels, that she wore with grace and elegance. The wedding colours, ivory, cream and a little touch of green, added a personal touch to this intimate wedding.

I loved every minute of this intimate Wedding at The Sands on Grace Bay, Turks and Caicos. The stunning and sweet couple, Qing and Danny, the original ceremony celebrated by the groom's grandfather, the lovely and supportive family members, the gorgeous sunset and, above all, the love-filled atmosphere - so pure, you could almost grab it. Qing and Danny met approximately 7 years ago at the Castleton Square Mall  in Indianapolis. When he first saw her, he wished he had someone like her in his life...and here we are today. Married, happy, more in love then ever and looking forward for a long happy life together.

A wedding and marriage is about two people, not everyone else, and an elopement is truly about two people alone. It gives the couple the opportunity to focus their full attention, free from distraction, and to be entirely in the moment with one another. Pam and Bobby did it right, eloping to the Turks and Caicos Islands. They booked the modern Sea Edge Villa, part of a trio of the beautifully designed Villas at Grace Bay, and enjoyed every minute of their vacation / wedding / honeymoon / winter escape. I felt very connected to the couple as, during the booking process, I was able to share some island tips and suggest some of my favorite people to work with. Pastor Padmore, the most charismatic and fun pastor on island, celebrated the legal ceremony; Shenique, at Sheque Perfection, enhanced Pam's beauty with soft makeup and elegant hair updo; Ernst, at Flowers by EA, created the stunning bouquet and boutonniere.

What do you get when you combine a ladies’ trip with a milestone birthday? Shenique invited her closest friends to come together for a fabulous girls vacation in Turks and Caicos.  She pampered her besties with the perfect mix of luxury, relaxation, fun and adventure. Queen of style and glamour, Shenique (Sheque Style) also planned an epic Turks and Caicos photo shoot to capture her 40th birthday celebration. Juicy hot pink swimsuits, colorful lace umbrellas, hats, beautiful duster dresses, retro sunglasses, stripy straws and cocktails... she had it all.
