Wedding_photography_Turks_Caicos_Attimi A local wedding is always a big event: family and friends (300 of them) fly from every Turks and Caicos Island, and abroad, to celebrate the union of a very special couple. The vibrant theme, sunflowers and pink bougainvilleas, was present in every detail: from the bridal party's gowns, to the cards, candies, napkins and gorgeous flower arrangement. Delcean and Vaughn got married at Santa Monica Church, Providenciales, perfectly on time - a first for the island ;-)

Family_Portrait_Turks_Caicos_5School is over and it's vacation time! Just a short flight from the east coast of the US, the Turks and Caicos are a tropical classic, a throwback in time where relaxation is unavoidable and rejuvenation ensured. It was my pleasure to spend a fun hour with the Goheen Family, creating a collection of unforgettable memories at the beautiful Regent Grand and the pristine Leeward Beach. Pink and white over a turquoise background... just perfect.

Sweet, fun, simple, romantic, wet... this is the wedding of Jessica and Andrew. In the middle of miles of powdery sand (Leeward Beach, Providenciales, Turks &  Caicos) the couple exchanged the promise to love and honor each other for the rest of their lives. Andrew is a photographer:  it's always an honour to be chosen by a colleague... when the pressure rise, the pictures just get better!

Victoria and Laurent got married 5 years ago... they had a beautiful wedding but not the special day she dreamed about since she was a little girl. To celebrate their union, they chose to invite the closest family and friends to the Turks and Caicos, transforming a wish into reality. Every fairytale has a bad guy: a terrible storm crushed the wedding delaying the ceremony by almost 2 hours but,  just before sunset, the sky cleared up for a while... and they lived happily ever after.

Brides and grooms want awesome imagery from their wedding, period. They want the unscripted moments captured, but they also want a photographer that can offer a creative, edgy, fun, fashion-inspired collection of pictures. Here comes the Trash the Dress session, on the top ten of my favorite shoots. Muffy and Bryan truly played the game, without the fear of getting a little dirty and completely soaked. Jumping in the Turks and Caicos water isn't too hard after all...

Sally and I have been friends for years, sweating our shirts off at the gym and drinking coffee with the ladies after class. I often heard stories about her amazing, beautiful, funny, genuine, caring, daughter Muffy. It has been a privilege and an honour to cover her wedding and realize that it was't just mom's love, but that Muffy  is the truly the fantastic girl Sally described. Cherry on the cake, is the man that complete her: Bryan - at glance you can see a perfect connection... it take a lot of love, respect and commitment to work together on a yacht all year around.

The bride landed on island just a few hours prior the ceremony, the rain "crushed" the wedding, the sun set behind a tick layer of clouds... but Allison and Harvey' special day turned out to be just perfect. Thanks to the efficiency of Shameka, Grace Bay Club fabulous wedding coordinator, the couple happily pronounced their "I do" on the pristine Grace Bay beach, surrounded by 4 caring guests. Allison preferred a traditional and formal approach to the wedding photography and I was pleased to satisfy her request.

On April 20th 2013 I had the honour and pleasure to photograph the royal wedding of Renischka and Janardo Laporte, dear friends, amazing couple, talented artists and beautiful people with great hearts. Now that I have the approval to share a few images, I'm excited to post them on this blog page. With over 300 guests, a bridal party of 28, an amazing decorated church and reception hall, roses, orchids, diamonds and honey, this wedding will be on everyone's lips for a very long time.
