The kids get a little taller, smarter, independent… they transform their baby features into gorgeous faces, long hair and a trendy beard. The adults help, encourage and, with a tear in the eyes, learn to let them go.

A family reunion is the perfect occasion to bound again, to show love to each other and to stop the clock, suspending every memory in time.

I first photographed this beautiful family 7 years ago and followed their life here in the Turks and Caicos – it has been a pleasure to meet the other family members and, once again, laugh, cuddle, jump and have fun on Leeward Beach.
