Olivia could be the inspiration of the song "What make your beautiful" by One Direction: she is a little shy and certainly she doesn't how beautiful she really is. I loved taking her senior pictures while she was vacationing in the Turks and Caicos with her family. For her birthday I sent Kristin (Olivia's mom)an image with my best wishes and I received the best gift - here it is:

The kids get a little taller, smarter, independent... they transform their baby features into gorgeous faces, long hair and a trendy beard. The adults help, encourage and, with a tear in the eyes, learn to let them go.
A family reunion is the perfect occasion to bound again, to show love to each other and to stop the clock, suspending every memory in time.
I first photographed this beautiful family 7 years ago and followed their life here in the Turks and Caicos - it has been a pleasure to meet the other family members and, once again, laugh, cuddle, jump and have fun on Leeward Beach.

I had a blast to photograph this gorgeous family: besides the fact that they are all extremely good looking, it was fun to have everybody to pose for the camera and to play the game.

A couple of days after her fun wedding at Beaches Resort TCI, Melissa and I woke up before the sun and headed to Leeward beach to capture a collection of images that will make the newlygroom's head spin around. Taking advantage of a beautiful family vacation in the Turks and Caicos, mom Beth booked a family portrait session on the beach, reserving a special spot for her precious daughter. The wedding of Melissa and Joe at Beaches Turks and Caicos marked the history with the funniest reception ever: hilarious! From a blind date in 2007 to a happily and certainly funny ever after. Waking up at 5:15am is not my usual piece of cake... but to capture 6 little kids and 7 adults with a nice, soft light, the effort was certainly worth it. I loved the great outfits and accessories carefully chosen by the family, the children's cute faces, and the amazing smiles of the 3 sisters - how can you look so good at 6:00am?!?
While the sun was rising on the other side of the island, we took advantage of the deserted beach in front of Villa Footprints: calm water, silence, cool temperature and absolutely nobody but us.
