What a blast I had during this amazing maternity shoot at Amanyara! I prepared my gear thinking about light, locations and poses, and found a professional model ready to simplify my job in every possible way. Stephanie is a natural beauty, inside and out. No strong makeup, styled hair nor a fancy wardrobe could have made her more radiant than her 7 months pregnant belly.
Becoming parents is an important and emotional time in any couple’s life: Stephanie and Jeffrey chose the beauty of the Turks and Caicos to preserve the memory of her first babymoon. And what a “playground” we had! Removed from the rest of the world, Amanyara is a soothing retreat set on the shores of an 18,000 acre nature reserve. The pristine 1km private beach lapped by crystal clear waters, the stunning pavilions, the fantastic pool, the rocky cliff, made this maternity photo shoot extra special.
A baby is the best gift a couple can receive, a new beginning of all things – wonder, hope and a dream of possibilities.
The feeling of carrying a little soul is magnificent and should be treasured forever. Stephanie have been taking millions of perfect photos in her career, but I bet her maternity shoot at Amanyara will always be one of her favourite – not for my photography skills, but for the magic it captures.
