Provo Ponies – Turks & Caicos: one of the most unique experiences on our islands. It’s always so much fun to capture a ride through the crystal clear waters and along the white sand beach of Long Bay.

Shayna and Trey are experience riders, with a big passion about horses. They are beautiful, fun, young and in love. They were super excited about the ride with Provo Ponies and they loved every minute of it. They canter in the water, experienced the bareback ride, posed for the camera and had a blast!

With the precious assistance of Caroline, the manager of Provo Ponies, we created a collection of amazing pictures to treasure for a lifetime and beyond.

Provo Ponies Turks and Caicos started as a rescue operation for horses and ponies in the TCI in 2001. The stable has now 30 beautiful, strong, well cared and loved horses. They make the happiness of many tourists, residents and Provo Ponies’ staff all year along.

Samson is a 15 hands high, mixed breed from the Dominican Republic born in 2003. Hes is like the energizer bunny. He is an incredibly athletic horse who loves to move. Samson loves swimming and moans and groans with pleasure the whole time he’s in the ocean

It looks like Turtles was a little jealous of Shayna and wanted Trey’s kisses too!

Turtle is Provo Ponies’ most famous horse. A Belgian Draft, born in 2003, he’s a massive 18h of pure love. He used to be a carriage horse, but he’s turned out to be a complete gentleman under saddle, a little frisky if the mood strikes him, but always very good-natured.
