turks_sunset_weddingQ.: what can be better then a trip around the world?!? A.: getting married in the Turks and Caicos Island while touring the world! Yes, Bimla and Campbell started their journey in New Zealand, visited the mystical Peru, the historical Cuba, tight the knot in pristine Providenciales beach and continued their life experience towards England, Cambodia, Vietnam, Australia... wow!  I'm so jealous! While taking his pictures, Campbell fascinated me with stories of castles, kings, the creation of his perfect ring and his photography experience. Bimla revealed the secrets of video compositing and the passion of being an artist. Beauty aside, this couple is truly fabulous!

nila_weddingBrittianie and Joe are from Raleigh, North Carolina, half way between the ocean and the mountains. To bring a piece of home to the Turks and Caicos, they chose the perfect location for their wedding ceremony: a secluded spot in Chalk Sound national park, where land and water meet and blend. A beautiful barefoot wedding, carefully planned by the amazing Lynne from Nila Destinations. The cloudy sky opened up just after sunset, to offer the couple an unforgettable gift - check it out:

kids_photo_turksExactly two years ago I had the privilege to photograph the wedding of Taylor & Jack. Coming back to the island is a tradition they would like to repeat every year as they are in love with this beautiful place. Thanks to Taylor's mom, Jaimi, and her passion about photography, every step of their lives is documented by a collection of amazing pictures: from the engagement to the wedding, from the maternity to the delivery, from the first baby to the second. Every moment is precious and it can't be forgotten with the passing of time. Let's take a look at the Turks and Caicos shoot...

TTD_Turks_CaicosThere is a dress for every occasion: one for the wedding, one for the reception, one for the honeymoon and one for diving in the Turks and Caicos turquoise water. Yes, Kristin had 4 fabulous wedding gowns to celebrate her special day. To add some fun, artsy, extravagant, daring, passion-filled images to their wedding collection, Kristin and Miguel booked a Trash the Dress session. A friendly atmosphere and the will to play are at the base of this great shoot: so if the hair gets soaked after the first jump, you shake them off, smile and go with the flow... isn't it guys?!?

leeward_beach_weddingKristin and Miguel have been together for 20 years. They shared great moments, projects, adventures, pains, immense joy and love. Life is giving them a new, scary challenge to face, so they decide to officially say "I'll be there for you" and promise to be partners in life, to cherish their union , to love, to trust, to respect each other, in the presence of God and their family. "I give you my hand, my heart, and my love, from this day forward for as long as we both shall live". With the help of Mary, from Nila Destinations, they scouted the island to find THE Turks and Caicos beach... and found the beautiful and pristine Leeward Beach. Have a look...

Wedding_pictures_WindsongThe happy couple: Rostra & Marcus; the sweetest flower girl: Leah; the amazing venue: Windsong Resort; the great wedding planner: Mrs Dorell Delancey and the Destination TCI team; the fabulous sunset: Mother Nature in the Turks and Caicos;  the bride's gorgeous hair and makeup: Shays Cosmetics; the wedding photographer: Attimi Photography (of course!). Water and fire, sparkles and flowers, music and food, laughers and emotions, colours and beauty - they had it all. Congratulation Mr and Mrs Bailey!

Alamandra_weddingSmall, intimate, classy, unforgettable: this is the wedding of Kelly and Till at the luxury Villa Alamandra, The property setting, the natural coastline, the pristine Taylor Bay, offered the couple the perfect backdrops and decoration - nothing could be more perfect... who said rain?!? It was just a blessing!

One last thought before sharing the picture: I love the definition of the Turks and Caiocs Islands, written by the groom: "The TCI is one of those gems of the Caribbean that reminded me of the Bahamas in the early 80’s….and with Villa Alamandra one gets spoiled big time!".

Vintage_couple_pictureKiatana and Dekkel will be exchanging their I-d0's on August 2015 - the wedding will be an elegant, sophisticated, big affair shared with family and friends (narrowing down the guests list will be the biggest challenge!). While he is studying business in London, she is working in Provo, but the long-distance makes their relationship stronger every day and the wedding planning even more exciting. For their engagement session, they chose a vintage feel and the beautiful settings of the Regent Grand, Turks & Caicos: bow-tie, suspenders, wedges and a retro toning... "forget the beach, we are born here".
