destination_wedding_turks_caicosWhere to get married? A Destination Wedding in Turks and Caicos is the perfect answer when you are gathering your favourite people in the world for one of the biggest celebration of your life. Bri and Joe chose The Sands on Grace Bay, a family-friendly resort, offering a harmonious balance of home comfort and sublime Caribbean elegance. The couple chose to skip the details of the last minute preparation to focus on a beautiful collection of family and friends pictures. With 4 sisters on the groom side, and a male best friend on the bride side, a mixed bridal party was a must. Could it be the new trend for the year 2016? I hope so, it's so much fun to photograph! A Destination Wedding in Turks and Caicos is perfect only with a team of experts: a special thanks to Keisha and the Destination TCI members for the ceremony design; to Caroline and the Hemingway's restaurant staff for the great dinner and reception; to Flowers by EA for the gorgeous bouquets and tables decor; to Daniel, DJ Viper for the fun party time.

The Turks and Caicos are world-renowned for the offerings of sun, sea and sand, but there’s much more to explore than just beautiful beaches. The Caribbean region offers some of the most spectacular scuba diving sites in the world thanks to its dramatic underwater landscapes, colourful ocean flora, fauna and rare marine life. Erika and Mark are passionate divers, so they chose to combine a family / diving vacation with one of the best day of their lives: their wedding at the Regent Grand.
Planned by the Island Harmony team, Erika and Mark's wedding combined the elegance of a gorgeous bride, the easy going attitude of an handsome groom, the love and affection of family and friends, the spectacular Turks and Caicos nature, and the beauty of a wedding at the Regent Grand in Grace Bay.

turks_caicos_wedding_photography"Would you like to be my husband?" - that's how a very emotional Keith asked Nancy in marriage...  after spending 17 years together. The excitement, friendship, complicity and true love has been growing every day with the passing of the years. "She deserves a the engagement ring, the white dress and an amazing destination wedding in the Turks and Caicos" - he told me just before the ceremony. Yes, planning the special day was the groom's idea - so romantic! They eloped to Provo keeping their Turks and Caicos wedding a secret not to be revealed to family and friends 'till their return home. I loved everything about this wedding, especially Nancy and Keith, which I now consider my dear friends. We spoke on the phone and something clicked - we were meant for each other ;-) I'm now happy to share their Turks and Caicos wedding pictures, the visual reminder of a fairytale became reality. The details: wedding venue - The Sands on Grace Bay; wedding planner and ceremony stylist: Keisha, @ Destination TCI; hair and makeup: Shenique @ Sheque Perfection; flowers: Environmental Arts; wedding video: SpotLight Communications; wedding photography: Attimi Photography.

turks_caicos_wedding_beach_pictureMonday night: food poisoning. Tuesday 8:00am: 3 hours wedding photo shoot. What to do?!? I always say that, when I have the camera in front of my eyes, I forget everything else. I'm also a firm believer that our minds can influence our body and state of being. Despite my green, sweaty face and the rumbles in my stomach, I met Katie and David and created a collection of amazing Turks and Caicos wedding pictures. My lucky, compassionate star, gave me the perfect subjects to photograph: absolutely gorgeous, sexy, easy going, fun and willing to play. Katie and David's connection is hard to describe but it can be seen in every movement, gesture and look they exchange - they are simply perfect for each other. The couple chose to have a private ceremony on the balcony of their suite. They gave up the big party, the stress, the huge wedding expenses and eloped to the Turks and Caicos. But they didn't give up the opportunity  take some colourful wedding pictures with the stunning Turks and Caicos scenery.

sands_wedding_picture_turskFrom the bride's diary: "We met in November 2008 while at a pre-Thanksgiving day party.  We were sitting on opposite sides of the bar enjoying the music and taking in the ambiance.  That's when Cherud came over and introduced himself.  I will admit that I gave him a dry "I'm not interested" hello and then turned my attention back to the bar. LOL.  But ironically we kept running into each other on the dance floor.  We started dancing ...we started talking ...and the rest is history!". Every wedding has a beautiful, romantic love story that led to the big day, each one different, special and unforgettable. My passion for creating sun-kissed, fashion-inspired, story-telling Turks and Caicos wedding pictures, goes hand in hand with my passion for people, the source of my inspiration. But let's speak about Cherud and Natacha's Turks and Caicos wedding pictures! I had the pleasure to capture a pre-wedding shoot with the couple and their adorable daughter Natalie at Leeward beach, and document their wedding day at The Sands on Grace Bay, Turks and Caicos. A special thank you to the people that helped making this day amazing: Mary - Nila Destinations: the sweetest wedding planner in Provo; Shenique - Sheque Perfection: the talented make-up artist; Kissing Fish Catering: for the delicious barbecue; Diane - Cake to Di for: for the beautiful cake; SpotLight Communications: for the great videography.

engagement_picture_turksBlue ocean - check. White sandy beach - check. Diamond ring - check. Love, excitement, joy - check, check, check. Engagement shoot in Turks & Caicos - ops! We didn't think about it but it may not be too late... In less then 24 hours, Becky and Merik contacted Attimi Photography, received a prompted reply, fixed and appointment, met Ileana at Ocean Club and had their engagement pictures taken at Leeward Beach, Provo. Easy? - check! Sometimes the best plans are the unplanned ones: the spur of the moment decision that had the cherry to the cake. Congratulations to Becky & Merik on their engagement... and now, let's plan a Turks and Caicos wedding :-)

wedding_windsong_tciWeather: sunny, rainy, hot, freezing, foggy... one thing we know: it's completely out of our control. For the picky, control-freak kind (just like me), it's often a reality hard to accept, but we have to make the best of it. Candie and Drew planned a morning wedding on Grace Bay beach, hoping to capture the vibrant turquoise, blue and emerald shades of the Turks and Caicos water. The stubborn weather chose to be cloudy, humid, and incredibly hot for the first couple of hours of the day but, gave up its moody look after the ceremony, blessing the couple with some strong rays of sun. The facts: wedding venue - Windsong Turks & Caicos; wedding planner: the great Rosalind at Cinnamon Sun Events, and the efficient Lorraine (one site stylist and coordinator); flowers: Environmental Arts; wedding photographer: Attimi Photography.

nila_wedding_photoBelow the airplane wings the coral-based archipelago of the Bahamas was visible: scattered like precious jewels over 1,500 square miles of clear tropical sea at the top of the Caribbean, the islands were announcing the beginning of an unforgettable vacation. Sitting next to each other, Nazeema and Daniel slowly started to get to know each other, sharing jokes, experiences and the first signs of an incredible attraction... A movie scene?!? The beginning of a romantic novel?!? No, reality sometimes is better then a fairytale. From an island to the other, the couple hosted a beautiful Turks and Caicos Wedding at the Seven Stars resort: the blue water of the Bahamas made them fall in love, and the turquoise water of the Turks & Caicos sealed their promise of a life together forever. The details: wedding venue: Seven Stars resort; wedding planners: Lynne and Chrishell at Nila Destinations; hair and make up artist: Shenique at Sheque Perfection; flowers: Environmental Arts; cake: Crust Bakery; bride' shoes: Jimmy Choo; music: DJ Dayoh; wedding photography: Ileana at Attimi Photography.

wedding_turks_caicos"My all heart will be yours forever | This is a beautiful start to a lifelong love letter | Tell the world that we finally got it all right | I choose you | I'll become yours and you will become mine" - those are the wonderful lyrics of the first dance of Holly and Reji, a choreographed foxtrot which get the wedding reception started. But let's me start from the beginning: I arrived in the groom's room and he sweetly described me all the details of his proposal: Florida, the beach, the sunset, dolphins and sailing boats passing by. She wished she would love to get married in a similar setting and he said: "this is your lucky day", got down on one knee and asked her in marriage with a stunning diamond ring. Let's the pictures speak for the rest of the story! Wedding venue: The Sands on Grace Bay, Turks and Caicos Islands. The amazing coordinator: Diane at Island Harmony; flowers: Environmental Arts; catering: Kissing Fish.

wedding-gbcLive. Love. Laugh. This quote is one of my favourite and it suit the wedding couple, Jenn and Tim, to perfection. He makes her laugh, constantly, and she knows that the rest of her life will be an happy  journey together. The celebration took place on the beach at the elegant Grace Bay Club, Providenciales. A special thanks to Shameka, the fabulous wedding planner, and to the very special guests that join the couple for their Destination wedding in the Turks and Caicos.
