"Just received our wedding book last night! It is amazing and so beautiful! I cannot thank you enough for capturing such a special moment and doing it so well! I am so glad to have been able to work with you! Thank you for everything !!!!" - Tiffany. And that's why I love my job! When I'm able to deliver an elegant Turks and Caicos Wedding Coffee-Table Book, I can proudly said "mission accomplished". Somehow people have been brainwashed into believing that digital files are the best option when, in fact, they are not.  Digital images are a temporary method of storage: all too many things can go wrong with digital media leaving you in a lurch with a ton of images that were never printed; images that will never be displayed in your beautiful home; images that will never be archived and made permanent. The magic of a Coffee-Table Book unfolds at every page. Imagine the difference between scrolling thought a collection of photos appearing on a screen and opening a gorgeous wedding album with thick pages, a leather bound cover, an elegant box that holds your best wedding memories...

Turks_Caicos_weddingWhenever I think I photographed the best Turks & Caicos wedding, another one comes along and it hit the top ten. It's not about the  beautiful location, the fabulous details, the stunning dress or the incredible settings, but the magic created by a couple in love. Amanda and Matt lived next to each other all their lives; they "met" in high school and, 7 years after their first kiss, they shared their wedding vows on Grace Bay, Providenciales. From The Residences, where the couple and the bridal party got ready, to the West Bay Club beach for the special ceremony; all the way across the island to North West Point Resort for the fun reception.

fun_wedding_photographyI've been a wedding photographer for 14 years and, 'till last month, I was proud to say that only once I had full event in the rain. Two more wet weddings joined the list, but the last one could not be any happier. Alicia and Dan didn't stop being positive for a minute: even when the sky turned pitch black at 5:30pm, and the storm felt like an hurricane, all they cared about was to get married. Fortunately we had a back up plane to capture the sunshine of the Turks and Caicos, a small island tour and a fabulous Trash the Dress session. Wedding photography can be so much fun... and wet!

turks_caicos_wedding_photography"Would you like to be my husband?" - that's how a very emotional Keith asked Nancy in marriage...  after spending 17 years together. The excitement, friendship, complicity and true love has been growing every day with the passing of the years. "She deserves a the engagement ring, the white dress and an amazing destination wedding in the Turks and Caicos" - he told me just before the ceremony. Yes, planning the special day was the groom's idea - so romantic! They eloped to Provo keeping their Turks and Caicos wedding a secret not to be revealed to family and friends 'till their return home. I loved everything about this wedding, especially Nancy and Keith, which I now consider my dear friends. We spoke on the phone and something clicked - we were meant for each other ;-) I'm now happy to share their Turks and Caicos wedding pictures, the visual reminder of a fairytale became reality. The details: wedding venue - The Sands on Grace Bay; wedding planner and ceremony stylist: Keisha, @ Destination TCI; hair and makeup: Shenique @ Sheque Perfection; flowers: Environmental Arts; wedding video: SpotLight Communications; wedding photography: Attimi Photography.

Turks_WeddingNicole and Dave have been following my blog for several months, and I'm now excited to share their beautiful wedding pictures. Exception done for a couple of images taken in the garden area of The Sands, where they stayed, the couple's only wish was to head to the beach... after all that's the best part of the Turks and Caicos Islands! Elegance, beauty, sensuality, romance - this is Nicole and Dave's love story told without words...
